   Chatham University Public Safety Department- Police Lieutenant 2025- Police Chief September 2025 to present Responsible for immediate supervision and daily operations of the police department and security officers concurrently as Safety Committee Chairperson. Maintain organization compliance with sworn Police Officers, Security staff and also with CLERY, State and Federal reporting requirements. Administrate according to police contract criteria, payroll and budget auditing, by updating policies and assuring proper enforcement of Federal, State, and local laws for public safety, while providing leadership and direction, and maintaining appropriate University compliance within the department and with Student Affairs. Liaison between Board and Faculty members, Police employees, District, State and Local Law enforcement, emergency management agencies, students, and parents while coordinating and developing cooperative agreements with other agencies and leading the University with safety planning and threat assessments. Member of PA Chiefs of Police Association (PCPA) Member of the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) PA Association of School Business Officials (PASBO) Member
