About Mike Clines

For over 30 years, I’ve worked to make hopes and dreams come true. Dreams of children, young adults, parents, grandparents, teachers, administrators, and staff. I’ve served in seven different leadership positions - driven to make a positive difference in the lives of students and entire learning communities.I utilize professionalism, and a genuine concern for all. I am a solid professional, well-trained, able to analyze my work, and ready to improve strategies or find new ones to help individuals and to benefit others. People say my communication skills – both expressive and receptive – indicate that I am a person attuned to others and comfortable with them. I have managed down and up with thoughtful and careful planning, and I lead and inspire by word and action. My experiences are numerous. I am self-effacing, understated and dryly humorous but can be boisterous and fun-loving. I am an extrovert who enjoys meaningful conversations, various athletic activities, and social events. I volunteer on boards and in various organizations. I’ve traveled quite a bit and even parachuted three times!#Makingchangeforthebetter
