Scope of job responsibilities: • Develop programs for industrial robots • Perform startup I/O test, troubleshoot & repair/reconconfigure of robotic, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic work cell circuitry • Direct integration and build of electrical and auxiliary equipment into automated work cells • Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical assembly and on-site installation of: robotic and PLC controlled industrial equipment, end of arm tooling for robotics, conveyor systems, presses, nut runner systems, pneumatic solenoid banks and cylinder systems, machine safety guarding • In shop floor layout / assembly and run-off troubleshooting & adjustments to meet in shop customer requirements. • Disassemble machinery, prep & load for shipping. • Unload, uncrate, reassemble, and startup of machinery on site. • Coordinate with customer Engineering, Production, and Vendor teams during installation process to achieve customer goals.
