I am a corporate attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing many U.S. and Chinese companies doing business in China and the U.S. I have substantial experience in assisting clients handle legal matters and issues of foreign direct investments, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, technology licensing, sales and distribution transactions, etc. In addition to my corporate practice, I have extensive experience in advising clients on resolution of cross-border disputes, including assisting many U.S. and Chinese companies with various disputes arising from their investments and operations in China and the U.S.I also have substantial experience in working with many U.S. lawyers across different practices and geographical locations to help Chinese clients handle a wide range of transactional and litigation matters in the U.S. In addition, I frequently use my in-depth understanding of China’s legal and business practices and culture to help U.S. companies handle various transactional and litigation matters in China.
