After spending over a decade in the restaurant industry—managing teams, operations, and everything in between—I’ve lived the fast pace, long hours, and constant grind that comes with food service. I know firsthand how challenging it is for restaurant owners and operators to retain talent, manage costs, and still offer meaningful benefits to their employees.That’s what led me to make a career pivot.Today, I serve as National Sales Director for the Coterie Advisory Group, a health benefits firm specializing in affordable and accessible solutions for hourly workers. My mission is simple: To bridge the gap between what restaurants can offer and what employees actually need.
