Team lead for Environment Manager component of CTC’s continuous delivery (CD) system. Gathered requirements from users of current config management and met with team leads across development to improve upon the legacy system. Designed, coded, and oversaw a team of 3 engineers on the implementation. • Became manager of the overall CD system which included Jenkins pipelines. Acted as the product manager for all things CD taking in enhancement requests and chairing user group feedback sessions with Operations, QA, and dev teams. Also worked with developers and FEs on expanding the REST interface to provide data on SW version upgrades and configuration information along with the ability to analyze the data over time. • Proposed, scoped, and led the effort to migrate to Atlassian Jira and Bitbucket. Did analysis of current YouTrack usage which was highly varied and synthesized this to produce a standardized strawman reviewed with leads across CTC. Presented a comprehensive project plan and roadmap to the sponsor and shareholders. It covered the new standards based approach, usage of Atlassian consultants, as well as the rollout and migration plan. The entire roadmap (which included a revamped SW release process) was completed in 2 years. • Introduced Jira Service Desk usage for support tracking on our own team as well as InfoSec and the Trading Support Managers (TSM). Both involved working with the teams to document their workflows and processes which were implemented in Jira Service Desk.
