Manage Categories for all Southeastern Grocer Banners: BI-Lo, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys -Guiding team with putting good category business plans, strategies, and innovative programs together with our customer in mind.Manage Produce Financials- AOP-Budget, weekly projections, ad movement, outgoing gross, shrink, L&D\'s, inventory turns, etc.Manage Assortment and Pricing- review and implement pricing in all operating areas, and ensure we have the right price and item by area to be more profitable and competitive.Manage Ads & Promotions-Responsible for writing all produce ads and promotions by area, and monitoring and measuring results.Create Produce Merchandising Plans- Write weekly sales and merchandising plans for retail that helps stores maximize sales and profits. Sales Plan also includes weekly schematics/Layouts.Work with Regional Merchandising teams to ensure we have the right assortment, pricing, and promotional plans for their operating areas.
