About Mike Caparso
I have been in the insurance business all of my adult life. Starting out as a managed care consultant negotiating network contracts and moving over to the insurance brokerage side of the business in the early 90\'s. Along with my brother, we built a multi state brokerage that was acquired by AssuredPartners in 2016. Initially serving as President of Nevada, I was involved in negotiating the acquisition of 7 brokerage firms in the past 8 years. I now serve as the Platform President overseeing Nevada and California\'s 10 offices and over 400 teammates for AssuredPartners.
