Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all service and technical deliverables. Provides on-going and proactive technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure claim files demonstrate fundamentally sound claim handling techniques, including providing world-class claim service, superior investigation, inventory management, settlement negotiations and workflow adherence. Effectively manages the department loss adjusting expenses, compensation budgets and Catastrophe response. Responsible for developing a high performing team that demonstrates the ability to positively navigate through change and challenges. Ensure the proper administration of the department performance appraisal and compensation process is in compliances with company personnel practices. Provides ongoing training and coaching when performance gaps and trends are identified. Effectively collaborates with both internal and external customers to include our underwriters and Agency partners across the U.S. Consistently meets or exceeds all personal and team performance goals.
