About Mike Gonzalez
I\'m a partner in the Structured Finance Group in Orrick’s Washington, D.C, office. My practice involves representing issuers, underwriters, lenders, sponsors and investors in structured finance transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated note feeders (RNFs) and asset-backed lending facilities (ABLs). I routinely advises clients on the structuring, formation and regulatory considerations for CLOs, CFOs, RNFs and ABLs. I received my J.D, cum laude, from the George Washington University Law School and an A.B. in economics from the University of Chicago. I am always looking for a new challenge and enjoy the complexity and variety of my work at CWT. I enjoy distance running, cycling, yoga and cooking in my spare time.
