Oversaw the responsibility of managing all aspects of plant operations from pre-fabrication till assembly, including tasks related to manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, quality, safety, and environment. Functional lead of related HR, controlling and logistics organizations. Orchestrated and implemented lean processes in manufacturing and through the entire value stream (end to end).
