My journey at Alpine Bank has been defined by a deep commitment to fostering talent, collaboration and enriching the communities we serve.For nearly three decades, I\'ve had the privilege of leading significant growth initiatives at Alpine Bank. This includes spearheading the opening of our Montrose and Durango branches, which now collectively manage over $650 million in assets. My responsibilities grew to include overseeing a portfolio of branches with $2 billion in banking assets and serving as the executive sponsor for our $1.3 billion Wealth Management department. All of this culminated in my appointment as Alpine Bank’s Chief Financial Officer in July of 2025.For the past 25 years, I have also been deeply involved in the leadership of the bank’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a role that has given me a unique perspective on our company’s culture of shared success.What truly drives me is the belief that a strong bank builds strong communities. Alpine Bank’s commitment to community investment is a core value, reflected in our team’s thousands of volunteer hours and our position as one of Colorado’s largest philanthropic supporters. Beyond my professional life, I serve on the Board of Trustees at Mercy Hospital in Durango, working to enhance healthcare accessibility. When I\'m not focused on the office, you can find me enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscape with my two kids and family, often on a mountain bike or a hiking trail.
