Manage both in-house and contracted personnel.* Aided in the design and engineering of building a brand new square foot facility. Project Manager for the build, I worked closely with the General Contractor, Engineering Firm, Architects, and the sub-contractors. During the facility move, I was responsible for all equipment disconnect, managing the rigging, final placement, and final reconnect.* Oversee multiple projects across all aspects of product realization, including new equipment acquisition and implementation of new processes and best practices.
