I have been engaged in the building construction industry as a Consulting Engineer for more than 30 years as a practising engineer with Arup. With a strong interest in the healthcare business, I have delivered multi-disciplinary projects in this sector almost exclusively for the past 20 years in a leadership role. I have significant knowledge of all the various project procurement routes used in healthcare including PFI and ProCure21+/ P22 and have equal experience of working in both the NHS public sector and the independent private sector for both new build and refurbishment projects. A full range of project values have been delivered from small feasibility studies to major £100m+ capital developments, both in the UK and overseas.
