About Mike Blosser

Over my 20 year career in banking I have learned that banking is all about the relationships you build and that relationships truly win. I have had the privilege of holding a variety of positions at Interra Credit Union which range from being a licensed investment advisor, managing retail branches, and for the last decade have built out a highly successful department within Commercial and Ag Lending. In each of these roles it was important to connect with those that I served and to genuinely understand their needs. What I get the most joy out of is leading a fantastic team of people who have contributed to considerable growth in our Commercial loan portfolio over the past 10 years. These two divisions each rank in the top 3 of all Credit Union\'s nationally. The banking landscape is quickly changing but at the end of the day my focus remains on developing our lending teams to equip them with the skills necessary to best serve the business owners and farmers that are the heart of our communities. Banking is moving rapidly into the digital space but I continue to have a strong belief that building deep relationships is a foundational piece in being successful and there is considerable value in having a trusted financial advisor to work alongside who cares about more than just the numbers.

   As Chief Commercial Officer, I lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational oversight of our Commercial and Agribusiness Lending, Commercial Deposits, Treasury Management, and Wealth Services divisions. My focus is on driving sustainable growth while ensuring our teams deliver exceptional service to local business owners and farmers who are deeply committed to our communities.I am passionate about cultivating high-performing, empowered teams that are deeply invested in the success of our members and the communities we serve. By aligning our commercial strategy with a strong community focus, we aim to provide tailored financial solutions that support long-term value for our members. My role is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and stewardship to ensure that our commercial offerings evolve to meet the changing needs of our markets while maintaining a focus on building relationships which defines Interra.
