Top projects included a 3 year multi-phase insourcing of our domestic transportation management systems (DTMS) using Oracle OM and OTM systems, a multi-year delivery of a warehouse automation system at the Carson Valley Distribution Center marrying WMS and WES systems to greatly increase speed and volume of orders to retail stores and migration of Oracle OTM to OTM Cloud. Implemented an automated software licensing and hardware asset tracking capability projected to save the company more than $40m over 5 years.
