About Mike Bianco
Power and Utilities clean energy transition leader with over 30 years of combined work experience in management consulting, business development, solutions development, program management, IT infrastructure & services, complex systems integration, and software development. I have focused the last two decades on developing, selling, and delivering full lifecycle business and technology solutions supporting Utility Advisory Services for the clean energy transition; in the solution areas of DER strategy and planning, T&D grid modernization and climate resiliency, Smart grid program design and execution, Disaster recovery, and Enterprise IT strategy. I bring additional experience in go to market solutions for sustainability, transportation electrification, grid operational analytics, cybersecurity, NERC CIP compliance, and IT/OT systems integration.My expertise extends to planning, design and delivery of transformational programs for the Utility of the future. This involves building regulated and competitive strategy and defining capital investments and programs that deliver new products and services, new capabilities, and foundational technologies to modernize the grid. I have worked with dozens of Utilities and ISOs across North America for 20 years to plan and deliver clean energy strategy, program design and execution.
