Site Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the onsite SOW related to customer requirements•Supervise multiple sites and customers within a geographic region. Most of my time (~80%) is spent coordinating/assigning work, supervising personnel, facilities projects and ensuring customer satisfaction and necessities are met.•Successfully leading/directing team efforts, annual associate reviews, succession planning and associate training and development.•Management of open order status reports, metrics and department reports, SOP/SOW maintenance. •Supervise the training of all Thermo-Fisher employees to insure they have been DOT Hazmat/ IATA Trained for General Awareness / Non-GMP & GMP Shipping•Manage the domestic and international shipments that include hazardous materials. •Management team on all site-specific safety guidelines and ensures the safety of individuals is property.•Onsite Project Management focusing on operational efficiencies including Par Optimization and lean projects. Par Optimization implemented at various sites.
