Provide recruiting expertise around the use of social networks, tools and resources.• Effectively track, monitor and report ongoing recruiting activities through the disciplined use of the Applicant Tracking System; ensure data integrity for metrics/reporting.• Engage qualified candidates on an ongoing basis, both for specific openings, as well as to develop relationships in anticipation of high priority and/or anticipated hiring activities.• Facilitate the selection decision process by ensuring the key hiring rationale is appropriately prioritized; stakeholder feedback is thoroughly gathered and reviewed, and candidate comparatives are clearly articulated to the hiring managers.
