The Neenan Company offers a unique integrated project delivery approach that caters to the client, giving them optimum input and flexability. We specialize in collaboration from concept through construction to deliver buildings and spaces where people can be better.Constructing buildings is so much more than brick, mortar and steel. Being part of the process that creates a structure that allows its inhabitants to be more successful is what it is all about. A safe, quality construction process is my commitment. When buildings are constructed properly, they stand the test of time. We use mock ups, team shop drawing reviews, pre-installation meetings and first in place inspections to ensure quality installations. At Neenan, we design and construct buildings all over the United States. We are proud of our work and stand behind it every time.
