Conducted routine systemic audits of academy content to track learning compliance and identify gaps through needs analysis. Analyzed LMS data using Power BI to generate detailed reports on learning compliance, risk analysis, and assignment deficits. Provided actionable insights and reports to key business and HR stakeholders. Designed and implemented learning and development initiatives with measurable KPIs to goal attainment.Role Based Training. At Entegris, I spearheaded the development and launch of a role-based eLearning platform for employees and contractors, focusing on equipment operations, applied processes, and performance checks. Utilizing an Agile Project Management approach, I crafted a comprehensive implementation plan, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define various employee roles. I systematically grouped training content—including work instructions, procedures, policies, on-the-job training materials, and proficiency checklists—into assignable roles in SumTotal LMS. Key responsibilities included assigning employees their respective roles for systematic training implementation, monitoring progress, and providing feedback on project status. The 2-year implementation project was completed on schedule and within budget.Content Design & Development.Collaborate with Entegris’ global departments to create SCORM compliant materials in Articulate 360 to enhance user engagement and improve content effectiveness. Post tests confirmed higher learning outcomes than pretests. 90 Day assessments confirmed improved user content retention than utilizing other training methodologies like classroom, TEAMS, PPTX or video.
