At Mount Lighting, I wear multiple hats within our rapidly growing organization. I provide technical support to the sales team, resolving on-site product issues to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, I play a key role in marketing, capturing and editing project videos and photography to showcase our work and elevate our brand presence. With the benefit of being in touch with so many moving parts of the business, coupled with my ability to see all sides of the coin from hard earned experience, and being the go-between from the reality of what happens at the coal-face of installation to product improvement and innovation, I am continually working to improve our products\' performance and ease of installation.
