In 2019, after 25 years of military service, I made a successful transition when I started at Apogee Engineering, a company matching my values-ensuring accomplishments are celebrated, individuals rewarded; a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalism. I started with a team with an extremely difficult mission transforming an organization to command and control joint forces, only for the mission to change again to command and control all CONUS-based fighter, attack, rescue, command & control, and remotely piloted aircraft and posture them for the Air Force Force Generation Model-a new paradigm to prepare, certify, deploy, and reset Air Force forces. This included maintaining the day-to-day support for a Numbered Air Force staff, as well as developing new tools and methodologies to assess and certify Air Force force elements. The team of professionals I work with are on par with the superior performer Airmen I\'ve worked with while in the Air Force.

Supervised on-boarding and off-boarding workflows. • Track Key Performance indicators, and orchestrates contract deliverables, contract modifications with customers, subcontractors ensuring compliance with contract terms and labor law.• Mentor and advise eight site & task leads providing direct contract support to customers and supervising employees, including cyclic performance feedbacks and review• First in company’s 25-year history to on-board and oversee 28-person contract conducting flight operations on the E-4B, National Airborne Operations Center as instructor aircrew. • Execute fiscal oversight of plans and programs ensuring compliance with labor laws, public law, and corporate policies.• Mentor and advise eight site & task leads providing direct contract support to customers and supervising employees, including cyclic performance feedbacks and review.
