About Mike Avila

I have been the building trades since 11 years old. I was given an incredible education from the best man I know, my father in this great trade. I built my first home as a foreman at the age of 15 when everyone said I was to young. I built my first podium at the age of 18 and since have built more than units over them. I have always done what others have said cant be done and continue to strive to challenge each and everyone that works for me to do them same. At MRC it is our commitment to those that hire us to raise the bar and to make what other believe impossible,possible. At For the Future Housing we strive to give affordable housing a lift in quality and to make each housing development one for all to be proud of. Building things right,building them on time and building them at the cost we say is our focus in both companies and I am extremely proud of the two of them and the great people that work for us.
