   Responsible for the planning, overall scheduling, maintaining the product availability and assisting in the shipping of our company\'s florist quality azalea program. Based on provided forecasts, this includes but not solely: maintaining an azalea stock program, the harvesting of cuttings prior to scheduled pinches from production units and our stock plants/block for future stick, supervising/maintaining inventory and storage of the unrooted azalea cutting cooler, planning the unrooted cutting stick, the lift/planting from propagation once rooted, multiple pinches during the plants life cycle, pot transfers and respacing (Intermediate and Final), maintain updated inventory of all forms/pot sizes and the pack from the field as Dormant Budded units to the cooler for either direct to customer sales as an RTF (Ready to Force) product or for our own flowering program finished in the Alva farm Aris/Keepsake greenhouses.In addition, while performing the above processes, coordinate closely with our Growing, Production, Sales, Shipping and Sales Service departments. Use Access, SAP, Microsoft Excel & Word and Outlook regularly to complete these tasks/responsibilities.
