I started at Winsupply in 1993 as a part-time warehouse associate while going to school to own my own business—and once I figured out the Winsupply model I never looked back.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through nearly every role in the business. That journey—from the warehouse floor to company president to executive leadership—has shaped how I lead today: with a deep respect for hard work, a passion for mentoring, and a relentless focus on local company success.In 2004, I became President of Winsupply of Elizabethtown. I stepped into an Area Leader role in 2011, took the reins as President of Carr Supply in 2020, and was named Vice President, Local Company Group in 2021.Today, I work alongside our Area Leaders across the country, helping guide strategic planning, goal setting, and operational excellence for Winsupply’s growing network of Local Companies. My mission? To strengthen earnings, boost margins, drive total sales—and ultimately, help our local presidents win.I believe in the Winsupply model because I’ve lived it. This is a place where entrepreneurs thrive, leaders grow, and no ceiling exists for those willing to put in the work.
