I have a very specialized set of skills I have acquired over the past 20 years. after originally starting my career is direct sales roles, I have held all positions with a strong emphasis on selling. In the past 10 years, my positions have moved away from sales and more into operations, management and supply chain management. In my career at Fastenal, I have had the unique opportunity to see how numerous companies operate from a supply chain perspective, and have been able to offer solutions on how to improve their systems. I have also managed the supply chain aspects at my branch, ensuring a constant supply of stock for many customers, across multiple categories, and forecasting future use.(adjusting EOQs on a near daily basis). Responsible for increasing revenue year over year since taking over my position. I have also completed my SCMP designation in 2024.
