As a two-time Olympian, multiple World, American and NCAA Record Holder, I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from the best coaches in the world. In addition, I have had the experience to know what it takes to perform daily, weekly, and monthly to get the results you are looking for. I began my coaching career as a Graduate Assistant for Northwestern University while completing my studies and since then have been coaching in various parts of the country while actively competing for the USA National Swim Team. Some of the coaching institutions I have coached at include being assistant coach for the Desert Dolphins in Tucson, Arizona, and being Head Coach of the Malibu Seawolves in Malibu, California. I have experience coaching numerous swimmers that vary in age starting at 5 all the way into their 70\'s. In addition to coaching certifications through the USA Swimming Association, I am also an International Sports and Science Certified Fitness Trainer with 12 years experience working in Illinois, Arizona, and California. In conjunction with pool training, I also offer Fitness Training for my athletes in the gym where we learn how to apply the strength gained from the gym into water strength.
