As the Former Mizzou Athletic Director, I found myself gaining valuable insight into the world of collegiate athletics and higher education. Once I transitioned jobs, I wanted to use my expertise to combine my knowledge with my passion of working with student to build an inclusive and thriving campus culture within various universities across the United States. In 2016, I founded MRJ Advisors, LLC, a niche consulting firm specializing in providing comprehensive, data-driven support and solutions in university and college settings.I view my business as a pick-up truck, not a luxury car, approaching projects with integrity, passion and humility rather than with the formulaic approach of traditional consulting firms.
