   I offer holistic support through Reiki energy healing and death doula care—each available on their own or combined for deeper integration.As a Karuna Flame Reiki Master, I facilitate healing sessions that promote relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release. Reiki is offered in person or remotely, and supports people navigating stress, illness, grief, and major life transitions.As a Death Doula, I provide non-medical, heart-centered support before, during, and after death. This includes legacy work, advance care planning, vigil presence, emotional and spiritual support, and guidance for loved ones through the dying process and early grief.My work honors death as a sacred passage and healing as a lifelong process.
