ABOUT MIKAYLA POLLITT
Miss Pollitt has over eleven years of experience in government and external relations. She began her career in the Ohio House of Representatives before joining the private sector to represent a broad range of clients before the Ohio General Assembly and City of Columbus. Mikayla now brings a complex background in government and external relations, fundraising, and client management to Muskingum University where she holds the title of Director of External and Government Relations. In this capacity Mikayla works directly with the University President and Advancement division. Miss Pollitt oversees a personal portfolio with a developed plan for major gift fundraising. Mikayla takes part in prospect building, major donor initiatives, capital campaigns, event management, regional association collaboration, city, state, and federal government relations, and has various responsibilities among the Muskingum University Board of Trustees. She is currently taking courses to obtain a certificate in Fund Raising Management.
