Oversee Fan Services department, including overall operations, staff performance, and coaching to help us continue to be the best in class- Lead the Part-Time Game Day staff training, including development and execution, for 1800 staff members across various departments at both the full-time and part-time levels- Ensuring service standards, brand, values, and policies are being maintained/enforced by all Game Day staff and managers through audits, evaluations, and feedback tracking- Final point of escalation for all fan concerns under the department- Lead a team of 6 other managers to develop online and in-person training sessions for Part-Time staff- Responsible for supporting with decisions regarding operational changes and adjustments to improve the fan experience across multiple departments- Payroll and departmental budgeting.
