I have financially managed over $700M construction projects. Analyzing budgets, potential cost impacts, and mitigating exposure is my focus. I work closely with compliance to ensure all paperwork is in order for insurance, accounting, MBE/WBE initiatives, etc. As a part of my community outreach, I have participated in the ACE Mentor Program as a mentor, Construction Management lead, Programming Committee Member, and Senior Outreach Committee member. I am an active on the Civil Engineering Advisory Board for WPI. I am able to utilize my MBA daily in my work by getting involved with different departments to enhance the overall experience and operation processes. I have strong leadership skills when it comes to upward and downward managing. Many on my teams see me as a mentor.
