About Mikal Bitter
After graduating with my masters in HR, I went on to work for Fox Pest Control as a Regional HR Generalist. At the start, I supported ~6 branches, and that role slowly developed into being the generalist for all 32 locations. I quickly learned the skills of project management, prioritization and relationship management as the HR department was new to a company of 400 employees. Since then, the desire to grow and build processes has allowed us to be a employee size company. The entrepreneurial spirit guided to establishing the beginning processes and metrics regarding almost every field of HR. Now we transition to fine-tuning and bettering our practices in order to become more agile, cost-focused, and maximizing revenue.
