   Oversee user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, user-centered design, strategy, and testing for large-scale transformation initiatives (SaaS, IaaS). Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 8 Principal UX designers and 4 technical writers that supported all lines of business and their design teams across the Financial Services Global Unit (FSGBU). Key Accomplishments: • Oversee and initiate UX patterns for UX team adoption for over 300 domains as it relates to our new cloud-based banking platform. • Advocate and contributor to Oracles Redwood design system and methodologies as it relates to all of Oracle outside of the financial business sector • Oversee the design direction of our designers within our financial cloud services.(FSGBU) Financial services global business unit. The patterns are used and or referenced by hundreds of Oracle designers as well as engineers and product managers as our on-premises business move towards cloud adoption. • Manage full project UX design lifecycle from conception to on-time delivery for Oracle’s cloud-based banking platform including requirements gathering, ideation, feature development, and subsequent reviews, feedback, and successful implementation. • Translate business and customer-centric requirements into user-centered interface recommendations. • Build and maintain a design system reducing design time by 300% while increasing consistency in design work. • Direct user research and interface design processes; create personas, visualizations, storyboards, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for digital products and services. • Utilize Agile methodologies to organize and enhance product design. • Develop New products and reorganize/migrate Oracles on-premises legacy systems to a cloud-based solution
