ABOUT MIKALAH MAZUERA

At Ware River Consulting, I serve as a Client Relations Specialist, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring every client experience exceeds expectations. Some of my duties include delivering performance reports and actionable feedback, reviewing solicitations on platforms such as SAM.gov, assisting in researching and developing client presentations, managing client expectations and providing insights and recommendations to leadership based on market knowledge. As a Customer Experience Specialist at Fastport, Inc, I supported apprenticeship candidates through various communication channels and resume reviews. Prior to this role, I served as a Program Advisor at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF, where I contributed to the development and implementation of programs and services for veterans and their families. I recently earned an aPHR certification through HRCI by participating in the Onward to Opportunity Program at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University. I bring a wealth of experience across the private, public and non-profit sectors, holding a Master\'s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Multi-Sector Public Service. I am passionate about creating positive outcomes for clientele and supporting the needs of diverse communities, with respect to their unique life experiences.
