My passion is in managing the growth and development of projects and ideas by identifying inefficiencies and creating repeatable processes that enable speed, reduce friction, and maximize time and resources. With my experience gained in my Lean Six Sigma training, I use the DMAIC improvement methodology to gather feedback, measure results, and analyzing data to ensure improved change management results. When it comes to leading my team, I challenge them to make decisions using quality and cost data driven results by using SMART action plans.
