I design strategy at the intersection of education, equity, and opportunity.With over eleven years of experience, I serve as a career educator, social entrepreneur, and youth development strategist focused on building systems that move students from potential to power. My work goes beyond the classroom. I help schools and community organizations rethink their support for young people, academically, socially, and professionally.I’ve led initiatives that strengthen classroom culture, coached and developed educators, and built family-centered engagement models to increase student achievement and long-term success. From strategic planning to partnership development, I bring a hybrid skill set that blends instructional leadership, program design, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.I understand that real impact requires alignment. Alignment between educators and families. Between data and daily practice. Between student voice and institutional decision-making. I specialize in building that alignment. Whether advising students toward postsecondary pathways, leading professional learning, or forging partnerships that expand access to resources, I focus on sustainable systems that create equitable outcomes.I’m driven by one core belief: when we build strong ecosystems around young people, we don’t just improve metrics, we transform trajectories.
