As a Barrett Peer Academic Leader (PAL) at the ASU West Valley campus, I support honors students living in Casa del Valle by building community, fostering academic and personal success, and connecting students with university resources. In this role, I collaborate with fellow leaders and staff to plan events, design programming, and host workshops that strengthen the residential experience. I also maintain communication with students, hold office hours, and provide one-on-one guidance to help residents navigate their academic journey and campus life. This position allows me to grow as a mentor and leader while advancing my passion for education, community engagement, and student empowerment.
