The Financial Investment Review takes all new members through a rigorous 8-week training program. Depending on whether you choose to specialize in equity research (ER) or mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the training is tailored to the individuals\' needs. After that, members produce slide decks of stock pitches or corporate M&A deals.• Practicing as an M&A analyst to produce strategic recommendations on corporate M&A deals• Invited to work in deal teams with a mentor to examine various valuation methods with a focus on intrinsic valuation • Collaborated in small-team environments to discuss key concepts in corporate finance and investment decisions
