About Me…Well actually, this is my purpose statement and that’s unfolding each year so here’s what I’ve learned thus far… I’m a small town woman who enjoys making an impact on the big city! I’ve always naturally ascended to leadership positions or mobilized initiatives as a project manager or the invisible hand. Although my journey into talent acquisition was unintentional, this industry defines the best of who I am and amplifies my super powers. I like to consider my work ethic and ability to deliver as a “magic wand” because I make unbelievable things happen. As a talent management and acquisition partner, who specializes in speed and efficiency, with an uncanny ability to evaluate talent to fit the needs of an organization and fill gaps that may be unspecified by job descriptions. I serve as a consultant to business leaders and encourage them to think differently about hiring and coach best practices to elevate business units and support organizational growth.
