   Noting my strong growth and progress within the Business Operations role, I stepped up to get myself promoted to an Analyst and Consultant position.In this role, I am working with clients directly to provide guidance on regulatory compliance-related to Equal opportunity (EO), ensuring federal contractors adhere to federal and local requirements.Through the use of Excel, Salesforce, and our own proprietary software, I take in data from clients to help analyze and create federally compliant workforce analysis for clients. With the creation of these reports and analysis, I develop and assist in the implementation of Non-Discrimination Plans to ensure compliance with Title VII, VEVRAA, and Section 503. Using my knowledge to help guide clients, I also keep my ear on the ground whenever updates were put out in terms of government contract requirements.In addition to creating and sending out federally compliant reports, I also deliver presentations to HR leadership and stakeholders, translating compliance data into actionable strategies and ensuring comprehension at all levels of industry familiarity.All of these tasks allow me to contribute to our annual revenue of over 15% due to quick turnarounds on projects and quick completion of projects.
