My career began in the fashion industry, where I served as Head Merchandiser for two boutiques. I hired and trained the merchandising team, led store visuals, and oversaw weekly inventory and budgeting. This experience sharpened my eye for aesthetics and ultimately inspired my transition into the beauty industry.I continued my journey with Benefit Cosmetics as a Benefit Beauty Expert, specializing in waxing, tinting, and lamination services while supporting seamless day-to-day operations. In 2025, I stepped into the Lead Sales Aesthetician role, where I trained and onboarded new Benefit Beauty Experts. I teach both service-based and floor sales techniques, and help build their confidence in delivering personalized, high-quality client experiences.To support all stores in my region, I launched a training portal for teams I don’t see on a daily basis. This platform allows me to share selling tips, recruitment support, and motivational guidance that helps boost morale and drive both service and sales performance across locations.Outside of work, I’ve nurtured my love for fashion through thrifting and upcycling, practices that keep my style unique, sustainable, and true to who I am. These values influence my personal and professional approach, allowing me to find fulfillment through simplicity, elegance, and intentional creativity. I’m passionate about continuous learning and blending fashion, beauty, and design to authentically integrate my unique style into everything I do.
