Global Sourcing Supply Chain Operations Technology • Responsible for the Global Sourcing Strategy product suite for WW direct import supply chain technology flows. Set the vision, long- and short-term product roadmap, working with business and tech leadership to determine internal and external feature prioritizations. • Product suite includes global ordering, global network optimization, top of funnel identification and onboarding, game-theory based negotiation algorithm, and freight management. • Responsible for product at all levels, including deep diving problems with development team through the code base. • Identified, defined, and delivered multiple algorithms, to support multiple marketplace and seasonal item comparison and game theory-based negotiation for vendor self-service, without full support of research science. • Launched vendor self-service tools to scale the import program, building a culture of vendor-as-customer to elevate the quality of products delivered as well as minimize overall costs of doing business with Amazon. • Managed team of product managers and research science to deliver against the strategic vision, while also managing the org wide UX team for SCOT Sourcing. Provided mentorship to WW Amazon PMs. • Lead product manager for Global Sourcing across leadership meetings at all levels, providing influencing voice to internal and external WW business and operations stakeholders, setting overall PM structure for the Global Sourcing org. • Responsible for all related business and product metrics to SCOT and Retail leadership.
