I am a real estate agent helping clients with residential and commercial properties in Miami as well as the Naples area in SW Florida. Masters degree in International Real Estate from FIU in Miami. Strong communication skills in English, French and Spanish.Prior to working in real estate, my background was largely in market research, helping businesses stay ahead by better understanding their customers, competitors, and industry trends. I also have a background in the health and wellness industry as a manager and co-owner of a fitness club. I was involved in all aspects of opening and operating a new location including site selection, landlord negotiations, government permitting, location remodeling, membership sales, marketing and communications, staff recruitment, vendor/partner management, and P&L. This experience gave me the skills and knowledge to help clients with their commercial real estate needs in addition to residential.
