ABOUT MIKAEL PETROSYAN
I started my career as a medical rep, learning the business one conversation at a time. Over the years, I climbed the ladder to lead a commercial team of 400 FTE, where we doubled revenue and became the market leader. Then I made the hardest (or easiest) decision of my career: I left it all behind, jumped into the unknown, and started over in the U.S.That leap took me through MIT and consulting, where I built new skills in strategy, analytics, and innovation. Today, in my role at Takeda, I’m bringing those chapters together, combining hands-on market experience, decision-focused consulting, and curiosity-driven learning. All with one goal: advancing patient care.
