During my Edge AI internship at Idealworks, I completed a three-month pre-training phase where I mastered machine learning fundamentals—including data preparation, data cleaning, regression, and multi-class classification—while implementing Grad-CAM and leveraging transfer learning. I then deepened my expertise in generative AI by working with advanced models such as GANs, VAEs, normalizing flows, and diffusion models, and contributed to developing a ROS2-based data generation pipeline for custom AMR path planning. Currently, I am engaged in a six-month project focused on designing and implementing an end-to-end framework based on a lightweight U-Net architecture for behavioral learning tasks. Continuously introducing research-driven innovation in diffusion models by integrating imitation learning to enhance generalization in an autonomous mobile robot navigation application. Managing the full training and evaluation pipeline, while handling the complete AI lifecycle — from data preparation to model deployment.
