ABOUT MIKA ANDERSON HILTON

With over four years of experience at Altus Air Force Base, I currently serve as a Secretary supporting leadership and mission execution in a fast-paced operational environment. I specialize in enhancing operational efficiency, improving communication, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure organizational success.Previously, I worked as a Night Supervisor and Fitness Specialist, where I developed strengths in leadership, team coordination, and customer service. These experiences have shaped my ability to manage competing priorities, support teams, and contribute to mission-focused environments.I am currently pursuing my MBA at American Military University with a concentration in Government Contracting and Acquisition. I am also expanding my knowledge in artificial intelligence, business operations, and process improvement. I am particularly interested in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve organizational effectiveness.In addition, I have a strong interest in event planning and coordinating professional events that support organizational goals, strengthen teams, and foster collaboration.Committed to continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to empower teams and contribute to mission success through strong administrative leadership and operational support.
