ABOUT MIILIND SWARAJ

I am a Learning and Development Consultant at RSM US LLP, a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle market businesses. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and I am currently pursuing a German language course at Goethe Institut Indien. My core competencies include Cornerstone Learning, Salesforce Lightning, Workday Reporting, and Workday Integration.In my previous role as a Learning Management System Administrator at NIIT Limited, I managed and regulated the training of the learners and the trainers using Cornerstone LMS and coordinated with them using Salesforce CRM. I also hosted the training sessions for learners and trainers using Webex, a web conferencing platform. I interacted with clients on short notice and fulfilled their requirements with SLA. I also analysed the requirements of the clients and consulted them with suitable solutions that worked best for them. I am passionate about learning and development and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams.
