Started as Engineer II and progressed through multiple senior roles to Principal Engineer, reflecting strong technical leadership and sustained contributions in DevOps tooling, process enablement, and enterprise-wide tool strategy.I lead the end-to-end management of core engineering platforms including Black Duck, Coverity, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, and JIRA Service Management—ensuring they are well-integrated, consistently upgraded, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.I collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams across the company to understand business requirements, address tooling gaps, and develop scalable solutions. My role also includes designing complex workflows, managing tool permissions, and ensuring optimal license usage. I develop and promote best practices to enhance the use of these platforms and support user onboarding and training through documentation, sessions, and direct guidance.
